The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has issued its final rate order for Lakefront Utilities Inc. (LUI) electricity rates.
Per the OEB Final Rate Order: “The total monthly bill for a typical residential customer with an average monthly consumption of 750 kWh will increase by 0.61% or $0.88.” (per month). LUI’s original estimate was to “increase the amount it charges by $1.15 each month “ This represents a decrease of 23.5% from LUI’s original request.
