The Committee of the Whole meeting is where the entire Council meets in a more informal session to discuss municipal business. All decisions made at a Committee of the Whole meeting must be ratified at a regular Council meeting.
Regular Council meetings are the most formal setting for Council meetings where members discuss and vote on issues before the Municipality. The proceedings based on Roberts Rules of Order publicly address matters of business, by-laws, policy, correspondence and the general affairs of local governance.
