CTA Supports Local Businesses but not free handouts

Paul Pagnuelo presented at the October 12, 2016 Town’s Budget Public Input meeting, on behalf of the Cobourg Taxpayers Association (CTA), its opposition to the Community Improvement Program (CIP) and its future Community Improvement Venture Initiative (CIVI).

CTA Support for Don Morrison Letter on CIVIC

Don Morrison sent a detailed letter to the Town outlining many concerns about the CIVIC proposal. His letter documented thorough and detailed observations on why Council should NOT adopt the CIVIC plan. The CTA agrees with Mr. Morrison and has sent a letter of support to the Mayor and Council.
