At the September 30 Council meeting, the mayor abused his position of power and betrayed the trust of Cobourg residents by slamming the “vocal minority” and telling them to move away if they don’t like it here.
The Cobourg Taxpayers Association has responded with an Open Letter to the mayor with copies to current Councillors, Municipal Candidates, other Northumberland Ratepayer groups and the media. You can watch the mayor’s remarks at:
