Council is looking at tendering the Joint Public Works/Parks Operation Facility renovation project with a construction schedule to have the move completed in the Fall of 2016; and FURTHER THAT funds be obtained from a debenture in the amount of $3M to be paid over the next five years with 25% of the funds to be obtained from the Development Charge Reserve in the amount of $1M as approved in the Development Charges Background Study, at an estimated cost of $4M for site improvements including building renovations, fencing and salt and outdoor storage facilities.
