The people of Cobourg have a very rare opportunity with this election to replace and elect an all new first term (elected) Council to work with a new Mayor. This should not be taken for granted as it is probably the only way to start Real Change.

Personally I think there are too many factors influencing the questions and therefore are too complex to be answered by a YES or NO, as it could be misleading and does not give anyone an opportunity to explain the rationale behind their position.
