Paul Pagnuelo, one of the founders of the Cobourg Taxpayers Association passed away on December 25, 2020.
Because of COVID restrictions at the time, we were unable to celebrate his life.
The Family has now arranged to hold a celebration of his life.
Due to COVID rules, only 80 people are allowed inside at a time and there might be a wait to get in.
Everyone attending inside must be fully vaccinated and must show proof to enter.
